12345678910111213141516midi requests is a specific type of forum that allows users to upload midi files to a users request. a requester can then approve a midi or a comment as a way to say the request is complete. the reason for this is that sometimes a request can be filled by a user simply uploading the same midi at nearly the same time.
if you request a midi or subscribe to another midi request, you will be notified of any new comments or midi files upload for that midi request.
